The SBC3000 is the SBC part in the OpenSP platform, which is used to exert control over the signaling and media streams involved in setting up, conducting, and tearing down calls.

When the SS3000-T is deployed in huge scale, the SBC3000 provides the capabilities to traverse cooperate, consumer, core network NAT/ PAT and firewall device, security protection for the core network, customer and revenue, and provides lawful intercept.

• Call load distribution

Controlling the level of internet-channel loading;

Maximum fault-tolerance due to flexible distribution of reserve routes.

• Network protection and NAT transfer

Integrated firewall function to protect core network and subscriber.

Malicious attack prevention is provided at layer 3/4 and layer 5 (SIP attacks)

Secure traversal of corporate and network based firewalls and NAT devices, without additional device.

• Lawful intercept

It supports lawful intercept capabilities as required by governments around the world for the PSTN. It is able to replicate  calls.

• Remote service points geographical

Collection of regional traffic and transmission to central softswitch;

Traffic routing between regional clients without addressing to a central softswitch.
